Jakarta - President Director of Indonesia's state-run television TVRI Iman Brotoseno on Monday, 23 February 2026 announced his resignation in a weekly meeting.
Iman has been leading TVRI since 2022 after the previous leader was fired.
"I decided to resign, so I can focus on my health. There is no political pressure or threat to me. My resignation is purely due to health reason," Iman said in the meeting as stated by TVRI's press statement.
Iman Brotoseno's resignation letter was accepted by the Monitoring Board of TVRI in the same day to be processed within 14 days.***
