Jakarta. One of the world’s leading information provider and communications technology firms Huawei introduced its new smartphone product Mate Xs which is expected to enter Indonesia’s market by third quarter of 2020.
Not only introducing its new product of Mate Xs globally, the Chinese company also introduced its Huawei AppsGalery as a solution for their customers as Google’s apps and services are not available for preloading in any of Huawei’s new product.
The government of United States has put Huawei in its Entity List since 2019 which prohibits all of the country’s companies including technology giant Google from cooperating with the Chinese’s smartphone maker.
Mate Xs is light foldable smartphone with new AppsGalery that accommodate free downloading apps from at least 140 countries, providing best 5G live experiences and using Android 10 technology.
Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei’s costumer business group in an introduction video of product Mate Xs said that the new product shows the company commitment to strategy of all-scenario seamless at life.
Fastest charging system which 85 percent fully recharged of its battery in 30 minutes, Mate Xs also equips with 40 megapixel of super sensing Leica Squad camera.
Fold screens of the smartphone from OLED guarantee 80 percent strength of Mate Xs. Super slim folded smartphone has combined 8 inches screens.
“We try to enter [Indonesia’s market] by mid of 2020 or in the third quarter because it is part of our plan to bring our flagship to Indonesia immediately,” Lo Khing Seng, deputy country director of Huawei consumer business group said in Jakarta on Feb.25.
“I am sure this [product] will attract consumers and can be accepted well by the people of Indonesia,” he said.
