Durian. AXA Mandiri Financial Services (AXA Mandiri), subsidiary of the largest Indonesian lender Bank Mandiri, has signed a cooperation agreement with Indonesia’s Army (TNI AD) for insurance protection for its 820 air crews on Nov. 6 at Pondok Cabe airport in Tangerang, Banten.
The protection plan will cover life insurance and disability caused by accidents and airplane maintenance when air crews are on duty to protect the nation, worth Rp.180 billion ($12.6 million), AXA Mandiri said in a statement sent to thebigdurian on Nov.6.
The agreement is in line with AXA Mandiri’s commitment to give protection for the people of Indonesia.
