Jakarta - The British Embassy Jakarta through the Digital Access Program United Kingdom (DAP UK)-Indonesia Tech Hub, in collaboration with Habibie Innovation Incubator and the CAST Foundation, officially launched the UK Landing Pad on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at Wisma Habibie Ainun, Jakarta.
The initiative supports Indonesian startups looking to expand into the UK market by providing structured market-entry support and strengthening innovation collaboration between Indonesia and the United Kingdom..
“I am pleased to support Indonesian startups as they explore international opportunities, starting with the UK. The UK Landing Pad demonstrates how the UK-Indonesia Strategic Partnership, launched by Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and President Prabowo Subianto early this year is already delivering practical outcomes,” British Ambassador to Indonesia, Dominic Jermey said during the launching.
The UK Landing Pad is the first structured platform designed to support Indonesian tech startups enter the UK market. It connects startups with UK-based experts, mentors, investors, and business partners, while providing practical market guidance, tailored mentoring, and access to curated resources.
“By connecting Indonesian startups with the UK Market, I hope to foster
technology-led collaboration, investment and innovation that benefit both our economies,” Ambassador Jermey added.
