Durian. Indonesian President Joko Widodo on Friday met Palestinian Ambassador to Indonesia Zuhair Al-Shun at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, where the president reiterated Indonesia’s support for the struggling of Palestinians for their independence state.
According to Ambassador Al-Shun after the meeting, President Widodo also expressed his concerns over the recent security situation at the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile Ambassador Al-Shun at the meeting conveyed Ramadan greetings for the people of Indonesia, by hoping that this holy fasting month can be gone through well for all Muslims in Indonesia.
Indonesian government on Wednesday strongly condemned Israeli Finance Minister Betzalel Smotrich’s statement that denied the existence 0f Palestinian people.
