Jakarta - Following President Prabowo Subianto's announcement on the new government regulation on the export of natural resources commodities, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto on Thursday, 21 May 2026 announced the name of the sole state-owned enterprise (SOE) that will take charge for that.
Speaking after meeting President Prabowo Subianto in a special meeting at Presidential Palace in Jakarta. Minister Airlangga said PT Danantara Sumber Daya Indonesia (DSDI) will become the sole state-owned enterprise (SOE) for exporting natural resources commodities.

Details on DSDI's personnel will be announced by Danantara, state investment agency, Minister Airlangga who was accompanied by Central Bank Governor Perry Warjiyo, Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, and Trade Minister Budi Santoso when giving the press statement.
"(We) were reporting to Mr. President regarding the plan of implementation of two things - the implementation of foreign exchange from export that will be realized on 1 June and also on export coo, coal, and ferroalloys that to be executed by PT Danantara Sumber Daya Indonesia," Minister Airlangga explained.
The plan to use a sole state-owned enterprise (SOE) to export those commodities was announced by President Prabowo on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 before the legislators.
Prior to the implementation of the plan, according to Minister Airlangga, the government will disseminate the new regulation to related associations.
"No need to worry because all of exports are still conducting by companies in existing sectors - coal, coo as well as ferroalloys," Minister Airlangga called, adding that through the transparent reportage, within three months all to be tune in.***
