Tel Aviv - Israel Defense Force (IDF)  has launched 100 strikes on Lebanon in 10 minutes, targeting Hezbollah on Wednesday, 8 April 2026, the largest short simultaneous attacks in the Roaring Lion operation, a spokesperson said.

"100 Hezbollah targets in 10 minutes; the largest coordinated strike across Lebanon since the start of Operation Roaring Lion," IDF Spokesperson for International Affairs LTC Nadav Shoshani said through his X account.

He gave details of the targets in the large scale operation against Hezbollah in a short moment as follows:

- Intelligence command centers and central headquarters used by Hezbollah where he said are using for directing and planning terror attacks against IDF soldiers and Israeli civilians;

- Infrastructure of Hezbollah's firepower and naval arrays that are used for launching missiles against IDF soldiers on the ground, at sea and within Israel territory;

- Assets of Radwan Force, Hezbollah special forces unit, 127 aerial units of Hezbollah's elite units

Those targets were situated across Lebanon, where Shoshani said in Beirut, Baqaa, and southern Lebanon.

"A short while ago, the IDF completed a wide-scale wave of strikes, targeting Hezbollah command centers and military sites in Beirut, Beta and southern Lebanon.  Strikes were based on precise IDF intelligence and were planned meticulously over weeks," Shohsani said.

These attacks happened after US President Donald Trump said agreed for 2-week ceasefire with Iran.***
