Durian. In Way Kanan regency in Indonesia’s Lampung province, landslides that were triggered by continuous heavy rains in recent days have killed two people and three are still missing.
According to the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) on Monday, high intensity rain poured in the regency has caused unstable soil that caused landslides.
The landslides occurred in Juku Batu and Cempedak villages where three people are still missing.
Search and rescue operation is ongoing to find victims from the landslides.
