Durian. Torrential rains have triggered landslides that buried 30 houses in Sirnaresmi village in Sukabumi, West Java on, causing the death of 15 people and 20 others are still missing, Sutopo Nugroho, the spokesman of National Disaster Mitigation Agency, BNPB said on Jan 1.
He said the landslides occurred on Dec.31 afternoon. Search and Rescue operation has been conducted but hampered by the rain and further landslides possibility.
The disaster is affected 33 households. Those who were rescued taken to a hospital at Pelabuhan Ratu.
