Durian. Indonesian military personnel in the border between Indonesia and Malaysia in Bengkayang regency, West Kalimantan prevented the smuggling of nearly 13 kilogram of crystal meth or locally known as sabu-sabu, to Indonesia during their routine check in the border.

During the personnel routine patrol in the border on Friday, they spotted an individual was walking from Malaysia side towards Indonesia. The person run away to Malaysia side when asked to stop for checking, but threw the person’s belongings.

Those personnel were chasing the person, but must let the individual entering Malaysia’s territory.

From the belongings left, they found 12.9 kg crystal meth, according to Col. Ade Rizal Muharram, Commander of Border Task Force of Battalion 645/Gyt on Saturday in Pontianak, West Kalimantan in a press conference.
