Durian. Indonesia’s Football Association (PSSI) on Sunday in Jakarta said that FIFA cancels U-20 World Cup Drawing on March 31 in Bali, following the rejection over the coming of Israeli national team by Bali provincial government.

Indonesia is scheduled to host FIFA U-20 World Cup this coming May in which 20 countries including Israel have passed qualification to participate.

However, currently rejection reactions has been escalating in Indonesia, conserning Indonesia ahas yet had official diplomatic relations with Israel, besides the country of over 270 million people has stance to support the struggle of Palestinians for an independence state.

Many of the citizens of Indonesia as a democratic country as well as the world’s most populous Muslims nation, are often misinterprenting Israel-Palestine conflict as the way Israel fights Muslims.

This misinterpretation has been capitalized by many for political and social bargains and benefits.

Regarding FIFA’s U-20 World Cup’s Drawing, the chairperson of PSSI will communicate further with the international soccer organisastion’s officials and report the development to Indonesian President Joko Widodo, while coordinating with Indonesian Foreign Affairs Ministry to find solution, according to Arya Sinulingga, an executive committe of PSSI in the press conference on Sunday,
