Durian. An Indonesian district court on Monday sentence a 15-year old girl for three and a half years of imprisonment due to her involvement in a serious physical persecution against her former boyfriend named David Ozora Latumahina that went viral and finally leads to the country’s biggest suspicious financial transactions.
Sri Wahyuni Batubara, the single judge at the child trial proved that the girl, known by her initial as A.G., was proven guilty for committing planned heavy persecution towards former boyfriend David, a 17-year old boy, who has been under medical treatments months after the heavy persecution.
A.G. committed the crime with her boyfriend Mario Dandy Satrio and his friend Sean Lukas.
And due to the heavy persecution, David has severe brain damage.
The sentence to A.G. was lower than state prosecutors’ demand of four years of imprisonment.
The heavy persecution was taken place after A.G.’s boyfriend Mario got report from her about unpleasant treatment from her ex-boyfriend David. The anger boyfriend asked her to set their meeting with David and when they met he prosecuted David badly caused the victim unconscious and went into coma for more than a month.
Mario and Shane will face separate trials as adults.
