Jakarta - Indonesian Defense Minister on Friday, 26 June 2026 informed that two more candidate managers for government-set Red-White Village and Urban Village Cooperatives (KDKMP) and Red-White Fishermen Village (KNMP) when participating in basic military trainings.
Additional casualties made total four candidates have died during the basic military trainings for those who are part of a government initiated the Scholars Driving Indonesia's Development Program (SPPI).
Muhammad Rifki Renaldi Gunawan, one of the participants of the basic military training died on 26 June after having breathing difficulties on 25 June and on 26 June the condition deteriorated, so he was taken to a hospital and lost his life there.
He was trained at an Air Force training center at Halim Perdanakusumah Airbase.
Earlier, another basic military training participated, Novia Rahmadhani has died on 24 June due to health issue at an Air Force training center at Halim Perdanakusumah Airbase, Jakarta.***
